On this day in 2002 Rammstein released the video of their Mutter single.
It was the 4th release from the Mutter album. Location of the videoshoot was Berlin and the director was Jörn Heitmann. After the Sonne and Ich Will video, this was the 3rd video he directed for Rammstein.

The last couple of weeks, German magazine Mann.tv had a poll on their facebook page to find the “Best German Rockband”.
It all started 1 februari with 12 rockbands ranging from rock to punk and metal.Today Rammstein was announced as the winner after a very hard last round against the BÖHSE ONKELZ, 2 of Germany’s most controversial rockbands. More than 232.000 votes were given to come to this result.

Rammstein is nominated for the “Konzert des Jahres” award at the PRG Live Entertainment Awards 2014.
Rammstein is nominated for their 2 concerts in Wolfsbourg during the Movimentos Festival, on 4th and 5th May 2013.

The other nominated artists in this catagorie are: Muse, Kiss and Fury In The Slaughterhouse. It’s not possible to vote and the winner will be annouced during the ceremony.
The award show will take place in Festhalle Frankfurt on March 11, 2014.
